Abstract Instructions
Deadline for abstracts submission is September 14, 2012
Abstracts will be used to aid the selection of papers for oral or poster presentation and will be included in the programme of the conference and workshop. The selected abstracts will be made available electronically prior to the conference and provided to attendees at the conference.
Selected authors will be required to submit a (4-10 pages) paper.
Abstract layout
The abstracts are limited to one page A4 size (21 x 29.7cm ) and should be prepared according to the following instructions:
- Language: English
- Margins: 2 cm, bottom 3 cm
- Page: No page numbering, no header, footer or company logo
- Titles (lower cases, bold, centred font, Times New Roman 14 pt)
- Authors (2 spaces down, no bold, centred font, Times New Roman 12 pt), first name and surname, name of the speaker underlined
- Addresses (1 space down, no bold, centred font, Times New Roman 10 pt) : Company, country
- Abstract text: 3 spaces down, jusitified, Times New Roman 12 pt
- Paragraphs: One line between each paragraph
Authors are requested to indicate their preference for oral or poster presentations. The final decision regarding acceptance and the form of presentation will be made by the Programme Committee.
